Sweet and spunky. New tutu clips are fabulous for all occasions. Perfect for pulling back bangs on toddlers or a sassy accessory to every ponytail. The first photo shows my tutu clips with tulle, the second photo is without tulle. Tulle can be added to any clip for and additional $1.
